Production Integration: Can be docked with customer’s production line or AGV.
Dual-Probe Scanning: Front and rear dual probes scan modules at two waterproof fixtures simultaneously.
Waterproof Fixture Testing: Tests the sealing of waterproof fixtures to ensure that products do not come into contact with water during production.
Fixture Change: Waterproof fixtures can be quickly switched when testing other module sizes.
Loading & Unloading: Two sets of carriers support loading and unloading while scanning.
Automatic Binding: Automatically binds/unbinds the carrier and product information.
Bubble Removal: Automatically removes bubbles caused by drying when the product is placed in water.
AI Defect Identification: AI software automatically identifies defects and calculates defect size and proportion.
Data Management: Automatically saves data and uploads it to the MES system.
Air Drying: Equipped with an air drying system to dry the test sample.
Product Classification: Automatically differentiates and categorizes qualified or unqualified products.
Manual Review: Buffers materials that need manual review.
