The UTSCAN400D is a double-probe ultrasonic inspection machine designed to improve inspection efficiency, with multiple scanning modes, surface tracking, image processing, image colorization, image output, and automatic data upload.

 

DESCRIPTION

  • Multiple Scanning Modes: Supports A-scan, B-scan, C-scan, Poly Scan, Multi-threshold Scan, T-scan, Tray Scan, Sequential Scan, High Quality Scan, Interpolation Scan, Surface Tracking Scan, and Covering Scan.
  • Surface Tracking: Surface tracking lines can be adjusted according to the sample surface, with more than three tracking lines displayed simultaneously.
  • Image Processing: Supports image enhancement, filtering, sharpening, thickness estimation, speed of sound calculation, waveform analysis, X-Y length measurement, distance measurement, and defect percentage calculation.
  • Image Colorization: Automatically colors defects according to the phase flip principle.
  • Image Output: Outputs images in TIFF, BMP, JPG, and other formats.
  • Data Upload: Automatically saves data and uploads it to the MES system.
  • Double-Probe Efficiency: Double the efficiency compared to SAT with a single probe.
