Mr. Dibakar Roy
Dibakar Roy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aster e-Technologies and Asterion Semitech Private Limited, companies focused on enabling advanced manufacturing technologies for the solar, semiconductor, and emerging electronics industries. With more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor, solar PV, and high-technology manufacturing sectors, he has played a key role in building platforms that connect global technology innovation with India’s rapidly evolving manufacturing ecosystem.
Under his leadership, Aster e-Technologies has grown into a trusted partner for advanced production equipment, testing solutions, and turnkey manufacturing infrastructure. The company collaborates with leading global technology providers to deliver cutting-edge metrology systems, reliability testing equipment, and specialized manufacturing solutions for solar wafer, cell, and module production—supporting quality assurance and technological advancement across the renewable energy sector.

These include silicon wafers, bonding wires, epoxies, photoresists, developers, and other specialty chemicals used across wafer processing, packaging, and device fabrication processes.
The company also provides essential spare parts and cleanroom accessories to support uninterrupted fab operations.
